Bad sound quality on Sena Intercom app
This was the baddest experience I've had with any app that sends sound over internet. I couldn't hear a thing from the people I connected with and they couldn't hear a thing from me. Just bits and pieces, bad enough to not make out anything of what was being said.

Yep. You and many many more are experiencing the same issue. Sena released yet ANOTHER product before thoroughly testing. Seems to have become the norm with Sena.

Turn off Audio Boost and Intelligent Volume Control. Then turn on HD Audio.

Interrupted, distorted, or low-quality sound has a clear impact on the experience. Sena appears to be under fire for releasing new goods too soon and without sufficient testing. Hopefully, the company will take the input and provide an update soon to improve the sound quality.

That sounds really frustrating! Have you tried checking your internet connection or updating the app to the latest version? Sometimes clearing the app cache or restarting the device can also help improve audio quality. Hopefully Sena can release a fix soon if it’s a widespread issue.
