    Yep. You and many many more are experiencing the same issue. Sena released yet ANOTHER product before thoroughly testing. Seems to have become the norm with Sena.

    Many users have reported experiencing poor sound quality when using the Sena Intercom app, particularly during intercom conversations and music playback. Common issues include low volume, muffled or distorted audio, and excessive background noise, especially at higher speeds. For instance, a Sena 10S user noted that even at maximum volume, voices during calls were "muddy, noisy and unintelligible," making communication difficult .​

    Turn off Audio Boost and Intelligent Volume Control. Then turn on HD Audio.

    Interrupted, distorted, or low-quality sound has a clear impact on the experience. Sena appears to be under fire for releasing new goods too soon and without sufficient testing. Hopefully, the company will take the input and provide an update soon to improve the sound quality.

    That sounds really frustrating! Have you tried checking your internet connection or updating the app to the latest version? Sometimes clearing the app cache or restarting the device can also help improve audio quality. Hopefully Sena can release a fix soon if it’s a widespread issue.
