Navigation messages are cut off in the first second

When I use the Sena 3s plus in combination with my Android phone as a navigator, all navigation messages are cut off in the first second, as if the intercom was activated later than the message. How can I solve this?

  I'm having the same issue with my Sena 3S Plus on Android—navigation prompts get clipped at the start. Would love to know if anyone's found a fix.

  I had the same issue with my Sena 3S Plus cutting off navigation messages when paired with my Android. It turned out the intercom feature was interfering, and adjusting the connection priority in the Sena app fixed it! Now, the directions come through perfectly without any drops.
