Sena 50C EXIF Information in Pictures
Hello Sena,
why is sena not writing any useful information in the Exif data of the pictures?
For example:
Manufacturer: lfd0TestA
Cameramodel: lfdoTestB
Date taken: EMPTY
These EXIF information would be very useful.
If you want to see the picture in the right position in the timeline of your smartphones gallery app - the date taken field is absolutely needed.
Please update the firmware to add these information.

That’s a valid point — having proper EXIF data, especially the date taken field, would make managing and organizing pictures so much easier. Hopefully, Sena can consider this in a future update.

I completely agree, having accurate EXIF data is really important, especially the “Date Taken” field for sorting photos in gallery apps. I completely agree with this. EXIF metadata is essential for organizing and viewing photos correctly, especially on smartphones and gallery apps. Missing fields like Date Taken, Manufacturer, and Camera Model make it difficult to sort or even share pictures properly. It would be great if Sena could release a firmware update to include accurate EXIF information—this is a basic feature most cameras and action cams provide.
