My Sena will turn on and I can use the mesh riders can hear me talk but I cannot hear anything come over.  When I turn it on I cannot hear the welcome or the good bye when turning it off no matter how hight I turn the volume up.  Any suggestions to what is wrong.

I tried the reset already.
