SF4 will not Update

Using latest Device Manager, trying other cables and resetting unit to factory default, my SF4 model SP52-C will not update firmware from v1.1.5 to v3.4.1. The Device Manager does not show that the unit has any updates available when one was released 05/26/2025.

HELP!!!
