I just bought 2 new outrush r helmets and the background noise wind is terrible. He sounds like a robot. And I can't understand the other person one time. I actually format it disconnected it. Remove the pairing and turn it back on. And it worked perfectly. I shut it down. Turned it on the next day and it was terrible again. Please help me configure the helmet to make it bit so loud. I checked the firmware on the Sena website and it is the same but i updated it anyway, just to be sure. At one point I. Could tell it was clear while I was talking, bu t when I paused I could hear the interference. Very frustrating, We were on a very long ride.
