Before I try random things and grasp at straws, has anyone had intercom audio missing when a SMH10 is paired with a 10S?  The units are definitely paired because the 10S can hear speech from the SMH10, but speech into the 10S microphone does not come through to speakers in the SMH10.  Both units pair to our cellphones and music can be heard in the SMH10 speakers from a cellphone, so we know the speakers work in the SMH10.  Volume control also works up and down on both.  I tried replacing the microphone in the 10S from a 10S in another helmet and that didn't make a difference.  I checked pins on the unit and the contact points on the bracket of the SMH10 and all looks fine there.  Is this possibly a software problem and I should do an update?  Should I try a reset to default setting?  I'm stumped.
