ABSOLUTE TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
We had the issue with the broken strap clip. they agreed to replace the M1 EVO under Warranty. After waiting more than 2 months for an RMA and shipping info, I finally was able to send it. it took two weeks to finally get approved and sent out. the "new" M1 Evo arrived via UPS. upon opening the outer box, which was pretty beat up(it happens) the inner box(the one that is branded) was beat up too. ok, whatever, I can deal with that too. then we opened the box and went to plug it in and Lo and Behold, it isnt a USB C plug, it has a USB Mini(micro whatever they call it) they sent me the older model, it will not mesh with my newer M1 or my Bikom 20. I am so flippin disappointed in SENA, they are garbage
