I’m experiencing intermittent communication issues via Bluetooth. When the helmets are connected through the intercom’s Bluetooth, the connection works initially, but after about 10 minutes, interruptions become increasingly frequent until it becomes impossible to maintain a conversation.

I attempted to connect using a universal Bluetooth connection, but this does not work at all. Switching to Mesh resolves the connection issue, but the volume is significantly lower.

Both helmets have the latest firmware installed, and all settings are identical. Could you advise where the problem might be?

Try unpair, pair, reset but no luck. Still intermittent communication issues.

I previously used communication devices from another manufacturer, which worked flawlessly for 8 years. Unfortunately, this new device has presented continuous issues. I purchased it solely because it fits the helmets.
