never used my sena for 5 weeks went to turn it on today no joy tried to recharge the unit no chaerging light coming on tried to reset it and also plug into the sena app on the laptop the the pc says cant connect to the unit    this sena jas been nothing but trouble from about a month after setting it up   any ideas ???i also have tried to update the firmware previuosly for weeks it would only go up to about 16% then stop !!
