Sena 50S - How to turn off all voice recognition?

I have a 50S, which replaced my 10S. When I'm riding, I keep getting interrupted mid-conversation by the 50S entering voice control on my phone. Siri is turned off entirely on my phone, but the Sena still manages to summon voice control. Very annoying.

How do I turn off ALL hands-free voice recognition, such as "Hey Sena", "Hey Google", and "Hey Siri"? I have quite literally never used it and it's actively interfering with my rides.

  Same question, voice recognition is very unpredictable.

  Ride with a many groups and we all complain about this. Is there a solution?

  Hi all,

  Despite never replying to this thread, they released firmware V2.1 in September 2022 that allows you to disable Voice Assistant recognition. Update your firmware, then go to the settings in the Sena app.

  I have a 50s, if I have music playing and I talk, the music's volume will go down until I stop talking. If I make more noise, like blowing into the microphone, the music will pause for a few seconds, then resume playing.

  I fixed it by turning off Mesh 3.0 in the app
