Answering various messenger voice calls on Android
Hi,
I am a new user, my Sena 5S has been working well, however there is a very significant lack of functionality that must be addressed.
Nowadays, standard phone calls are becoming a thing of the past. Many mobile plans are internet-only, meaning that phone calls are charged extra and they are expensive. Large number of people use only and exclusively messengers like WhatsApp, Line, Facebook Messenger, Skype, etc to communicate with each other. Unfortunately, Sena cannot answer calls originated from these applications. You must operate your mobile phone to answer, keys on the helmet-mounted unit do nothing.
Please join me in requesting this essential functionality and bring Sena's software in the 21st century.

The buttons on the helmet itself do nothing, so you'll need to use your phone to answer calls.The majority of individuals nowadays rely only on instant messaging services like WhatsApp, Line, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Phrazle etc. to have any kind of conversation with anybody else. Sena is unable to take calls from these services, however.
