5S static, crazy beeps and dimmed screen

Hi, I have two 5S senas, one of them works withoth a glitch, but the other one has static sometimes, crazy beeps as if you pressed buttons, today it suddenly went off without saying "goodbye" after that wouldn't turn on, connected a charger and no charging status appeared on the screen..left it charging and after a while the battery icon showed up, but ever since then...the screen is dimmed compared to my other 5S. any ideas what's going on? Thanks!

  There is an incompatibility problem when upgrading the software version. To revert to the old version is not possible, please wait for the next version and try to update again. random street view
