Hello group,

I am at the end of my rope.

I have a Shoei Neotec 2 with the Sena SRL system installed.

I have paired with my phone and everything seems to be working as it should except for the volume.

I use my Galaxy s10for all of my media; maps, music and phone.

There is a huge difference in volume between the maps and music and the phone.

When I adjust the volume of the music to where I want it then the maps voice direction are very quiet and the phone is painfully loud when it rings.  

I have tried adjusting the volume on the phone while each item is in use but it doesn't fix the issue.  For example: Listening to the music at medium and the phone rings supper loud so I adjust the volume down while the phone is active as soon as the call is over and the music resumes the music volume is super low and the maps voice is even lower.

iI am not sure how to fix this. I have been in every adjustment in the phone (and individual apps) and I have poured over the Sena web tool and I can not find a sound normalizer or separate volume control for each app.

has anyone had this problem and figured out how to fix it?
