Senna savage will not charge
When plugged in the red light stays on, previously it has taken hours to finally charge now I get nothing. I have stripped the helmet fitted a new battery and still only get a red light. I can’t find a reset button. And can not Bluetooth restart because I have no power

I got the same issue. Did you find any solution?

No. I sent it away to an independent fixer. The charge part is broken and can not be replaced, Sena don’t care because they have newer helmets for sale and mine is no longer supported. New designs mean more money for senna. The intercoms are built with a limited shelf life.
