Audio Multitasking on Bikom20
would it be possible for a firmware update to enable audio multitasking. Would love to hear some music while on intercom. One reason I bought this was because I thought this would have the same audio multitasking feature with other sena intercoms. Thank you!

Hi there Jay, I'm in the same boat.
I was specifically looking for something that supported audio multitasking and the marketing material for the Bikom 20 advertised that capability. I opened a support ticket with Sena, but that went nowhere.
I was bummed when I learned that I couldn't make it work, but the mesh intercom works well enough that I decided to keep them around. I use a single earbud in the other ear so that I can listen to music while riding. The only issue I have is that the audio volume doesn't diminish/mute when others are speaking so it's sometimes a little hard to make sense of what's being said. It's not even close to perfect, but it works okay enough until I can track down a single device that works as I hoped this one would.
