    Hello Elias,

    I had a SR open and they wanted me to send the Device back to them for RMA.

    Unfortunately I do not want to disassemble the Helment on my own and so I will do that with the Reseller after the bike-Season has ended, so I do not need it.

     

    Please open a Service Request and let me know if you get it back with the new Firmware or maybe the can tell us a Fix on how to do it on our own.

    Hi everyone, I confirm having encountered issues as well after upgrade V2.7.1 

    Device was switching off automatically, I lost all voice prompts and therefore couldn't access the menu to proceed with a hard reset

    I reverted to the former software version, which solved the issue
