Hello,

The microphone on my SMART HJC 21B has become extremely quiet. People can barely hear me during calls/intercom communication.

This issue started after updating the firmware to version 1.3.1. I have already performed a factory reset, re-paired the device, and tested it with another microphone, but the problem still remains.

Could you please send me the previous firmware version so I can downgrade/reinstall it on my device?
