SMART HJC 21B microphone issue after firmware update

Hello,

The microphone on my SMART HJC 21B has become extremely quiet. People can barely hear me during calls/intercom communication.

This issue started after updating the firmware to version 1.3.1. I have already performed a factory reset, re-paired the device, and tested it with another microphone, but the problem still remains.

Could you please send me the previous firmware version so I can downgrade/reinstall it on my device?

  I’m experiencing the exact same behavior with my HJC 11b after updating to version 1.3.1. I sent the intercom to the service center; they didn't find any issues and sent it back to me. Upon receiving it, the microphone was indeed working, but then I performed "Universal Intercom pairing" with my wife's HJC 11Be, and the microphone volume dropped again.
