sena srl ext Shuts off after connecting to phone

I have the sena srl ext for my shoei rf1400 and worked 3-4 times no issues now it will shut off after phone connects. I’ve replaced the battery pack dude to signs of not holding charge. Charged new one only says charged to med level even plugged in for 2+ hours. I’ve used many different cords with same results including cord it came with. If charging cord plugged in it stays on but when turning on with out charging cord plugged in, it will power up, connect to phone, then shuts off

  As of now it doesn’t even charge
