I was recently on a ride and had been using my Sena, I pulled the unit in to recharge after riding all day.  The next day the indicator light was blue so I took it off the charger and attempted to power on the unit but it fail to power on.  I tried powering on the unit while it was plugged into power and it comes on but when I unplug it will not power on.  Next I reset the unit and tried to power on and it's not working.
