I have had all sorts of sena products, but this is the first to fail on me.

I use it to commute and came back from work a few weeks ago and plugged the helmet in for charging. The next morning i noticed that the unit did power on like ussually. I though i must have misincerted the powering cable, so plugged it back in at work. Then i noticed that the device wasn't charging. Later after work, i came home and tried the reset procedure, but that didn't help. Searching the internet for an answer, i came allong a similar case in which the battery was dead, so i decided to order a new battery. Replaced the battery when the new battery came in, and the senna started again, only to reshutdown once the phone was connected. Again searched the internet in which i passed by a youtube video of a guy facing the same issue. To fix this issue, he said to deplete the battery, then diconnect the battery, wait 10 seconds, re-attach the battery, and then the senna would charge again.

Tried this, but no luck. Now i have a depleted battery, and no way of charging it. Placed back the old battery, but that didn't solve anything.

The problem clearly shows that this is a power issue. Any ideas?
