New Vortex
Hey Sena! Why would you put a charging port on a newly released device, the Vortex, and include a USB charging cord if that device does not support USB charging? I have done Fault Reset on two separate devices. I have tried the supplied cord and three others. I have tried using cord and charger that I use daily to charge my phone and I failed in every attempt to even get a flicker from the LED charge light telling me the unit is responding. There was no warmth at all of unit after being plugged in for a few minutes like there was after a wireless charging session. It appears that the Vortex is designed to be charged wireless only with the USB port to be used for a future need. What gives, Sena?

Hi. The charging LED when you charge the VORTEX with the supplied USB-C cable is next to the Phone Button. Do you see that LED light up when you are charging it?

No. It does not light up when USB cord is used. It does light up as it should when on the wireless charger.

Just to clear some confusion on our part that we understand the issue properly, we want make sure of something.
According to the User's Guide for the VORTEX the charging LED is labeled as #3. However, that is only when you are using a wireless charger and not the supplied USB-C cable. When you plug only the supplied USB-C cable to charge the VORTEX while it is not on a wireless charger then the charging LED where the red arrows are showing (which is not labeled on the User's Guide) will light up. In addition, if you are using a USB-C cable to charge the VORTEX then the charging LED labeled as #3 will not light up.

As such, we will update the User's Guide for the VORTEX to make this more clear for our users.
Dexlinpoullard Based on the information that we have provided, does the charging LED (where the red arrow is pointing) turn on when you are charging your VORTEX through the supplied USB-C cable when it is not on a wireless charger?
