New purchase/user. Tried every recommended tip to resolve- device not found error in camera plus WiFi and Bluetooth indicate connected . Tried a new sdram , firmware v1.7, camera app removed and reinstalled. Reset Sena settings, all with no solution found. Phone is an IPhone 14 with iOS 27.0. Feeling like this will be returned as defective. Tips ??? Anyone ??
