Connection Problem between SC1A and TomTom Rider 550 after pairing a further helmet
After pairing my helmet with a friend's helmet my navigation system stops to give commands. After loosing the connection to the second helmet the navigation speaks to me again.
Although the SC1A should operate on at least to channels it looks like there is only one channel available. Is it possible that the sound of the wind around the helmets is interpreted from the SC1A as if there is someone constantly speaking and therefore the helm connection is prioritized against the navigation?
Thanks, Reinhard

Hi. If you paired the SC1A to the TomTom Rider by placing the SC1A into Phone Pairing mode then the audio from the TomTom Rider should interrupt the intercom communication with your friend's helmet because the audio from the GPS has higher priority than the audio from the intercom. However, we recommend removing the SC1A from the TomTom Rider then place the SC1A into GPS Pairing mode through the Configuration Menu and re-pair the SC1A to the TomTom Rider as the GPS Pairing mode allows you to hear directions from a GPS device and communicate over the intercom at the same time.
