No sound from 50s

Hello all, I am an experienced SENA user.  I have had my 50s for about a year and a half with only minimal issues, mostly battery related stuff.  Today after I turned on the unit there was no sound, no "Hello" nothing.  I tried the 50s on two other users helmets with the same results.  The unit is powering on, the blue light comes on but no sound.  I have tried a full reset including pushing the recessed reset button.  Any suggestions to get the unit working again would be appreciated.
