I cant turn on my FM-Radio Outrush R

Hello,

I cant turn on my FM Radio on both of my Outrush R helmet.
I am pressing the (-) button for one second, but there is no voice info that FM radio is turned on. 

Can anyone help me in this case.

  I too have the same problem whereby FM radio does not seem to work at all?

  Hi. Please check our news post here: https://www.sena.com/us-en/community/news/sena-avoids-extreme-manufacturing-delays-with-removal-of-non-essential-functions to check if the version of the Outrush R that you have does not support the FM radio.
