Struggle is real

I just bought 2 single 30K’s. I feel I have followed all instructions, even watched a couple YouTube videos and still can not get the two to connect or be recognized when I plug into computer to update the firmware. 
I down load the latest 4.3.3 version tied two different computers and still no sync. What could I be doing wrong?

  First try using a port on the back of the computer. If it doesn’t work then or its a laptop you will have to disable the windows driver signature requirement.Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and click the Restart button. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click the Restart button. When your computer restarts you'll see a list of options. Press F7 on your keyboard to select Disable driver signature enforcement. Then you can use the sena device manager to update. Hope this helps
