"Say A Command" interruption

My 30k constantly interrupts conversations and music play with ,,,,,,,,"Say A Command" ,,,,it does it repeatedly, my friends 30K does it as well all though less often them mine,,. Others have had this issue,,. Firm ware has gone through several updates and is currently on 3.2.1,,. Not sure if its a setting that sets this off or if its more complicated,,. It is not inadvertent contact with the "Say A Command button" as has been suggested,,. This has been going on for a couple of years now?

If anyone can help it would be appreciated,,.
