Can't pair Smart HJC 20B to phone
Sometimes it shows up, and sometimes it never shows up. When it does show up on bluetooth scanning it never pairs saying incorrect pin... but it doesn't give me the option to enter a pin. Did I just buy a 300$ POS?

This doesn't look good. I'm trying to pair with my Android Galaxy S24 Ultra... please tell me that this will work otherwise the purchase of this helmet was a waste of money.

There's a way to pair it, I was just doing it wrong. Read the instructions carefully. I can't remember what it is because I don't use it anymore, the speaker quality is bad, so yeah I spent 300$ on a pos. Better off spending less than a 100$ and glueing it on the helmet. I will never buy HJC ever again.

Hello, DJ. Thanks for your reply. I was able to figure it out. I had to put it in pairing mode, then continue to put it into configuration mode, then pair it with my phone as a second device. As soon as I did that the phone was able to see the Bluetooth communication. Not sure how I stumbled on that but it now is working. Thanks again and stay safe.

The manual is not very clear and is confusing what does 8" and 12" mean?

The Sena instructions are confusing and inadequate.
Sena support leaves a lot to be desired. This is my first time using their products.
not ready to dismiss this as a bad product, but they certainly could a lot better with their quick start guide.

I found it worked if I held the center button beyond where it said 'pairing' and until it said 'configuration mode'. Then I tapped the 'up' button and it said 'pairing' again. This time it worked seamlessly. If you follow the instructions as written you will tap the up button too early and it won't work.
