SC2 stuck on remote pairing
Any ideas what you do when the helmet just keeps bleeping at you after saying "remote control pairing" with the SC2 flashing white (blue / purple)? Manuals just state that the SC2 and remote come paired together and don't offer anything more.
On a related note, is there any support from Sena for new equipment? I got the C5 and SC2 at the beginning of the year and never had it working. Dealer has been great but has same problem with lack of support so we've tried to muddle through. I don't know if I have a broken one which would be fine if somebody could tell me that. I even waited for a firmware release which I now have but comms are still down. HELP!!

Hi James. Here are the instructions from the User's Guide for the SC2 on how to place the remote control into pairing pairing mode after placing the SC2 into "remote control pairing" mode.

Hi Milanie Mohd Nor. Please perform a Factory Reset on your SC2 then power it back on and place it into Phone Pairing mode so that it can found when scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you're scanning for nearby devices, once the SC2 is found, select it to pair it to your phone. Then you can open the SCHUBERTH SC2 App and the app will connect to your headset. If you need any more assistance, please contact our Customer Service department so that we can help you. You can visit https://community.sena.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to submit a Help Desk ticket to contact them. Thanks.
