Same issue. The older version of the Sena app does work on Android. Sena Utility.apk You won't find it on play store but on other download sites.

Seems no matter what I do with the Samsung it isn't working. It looks like it is trying but no. The iPhone is fine but reverting to a years old phone is no answer. I've raised it with the help desk...

Did you get a resolution to this problem. I have a similar issue where I can see the QR in the the app but it won't scan. I've tried two Samsung handsets, neither scan but my old iPhone does.
