I fixed my issue by reconnecting the GPS device. It was connected as a "second phone", not as a "GPS" device. Check in the manual how to connect it as a "GPS" device.

I have the same/similar issue. It's super frustrating. In my case, the music stops when I get a message from nav.system. Do you know a solution to this issue?
