I have been using v4.4.9 of the device Manager. The manager and the mobile app see that my firmware is up to date. Is this a fact? Where, and how, can I purchase the HD speakers?

UPDATE: I updated Device Manager version to v4.4.9 and used a cord from my GPS and the dang thing worked! I don't know if the cord was necessary but switching cords was one of the suggested "fixe...
