In my case it was a wrong USB cable, update doesn't work. Before all the settings are wrong, you can do set the parameters step by step connect to the PC.

Sena 50R configuration menu dose not work
I can push the bigger button in the middle for 10 sec. but I can´t reach the menu/voice for configuration menu. I fryed to do a downgrade/update with the divice manager, it dose not work properly, ...
