Well, The dealer says to contact Schuberth, and Schuberth says contact Sena, and so on.... Seen this before that everybody just blame another part.... So no, no solution :(

Well this is strange since the unit is almost new, so in that case it's sold with a poor battery from start. After charge is work a full day of communication, so you mean that the battery is faulty...
