I have used both Mac and PC and neither worked. Both computers are fully updated. I was using the Sena USB right out of the box. What do you mean by resetting the SRL unit? Thanks

I am having the same problem, except mine has never worked. Purchased in May 2024. Have tried Mac and PC. Have tried the over the air method. It just doesn't work. Help
