Speaker wires, headphone wires- whatever. The are run inside the helmet over the top. Max range is 200 feet on second set of replaced units.

We had just the 20s on- no phones, no gps- nothing. I stood on my back deck and my husband walked out and we kept talking. He got to 200 feet and the communication broke up. They're junk.

Just got our replacement set today. Choppy communications at 200 feet and then all communication stops after that. The range is awful. I am so disgusted with these stupid things.
