G'day Travis, I eventually got mine to work again faultlessly by doing the factory reset again. I think the software update helped as well. Maybe a bug had been fixed with the latest software updat...

One more thing, I left my Sena charging for a few days as well. Even after fully charged, left it to remain charging for a few more days. Don't know of it helped but I now have prefect Sena comms.
