i am using a MAC for the update, its something only happens when using the mac to update the sena?

My 10C EVO is now broken I tried to upgrade to firmware 1.2, suddenly it stopped at 80% and now I cannot turn on the camera!!!! After 3 seconds it turns off by itself. I cannot even format the SD ...
