I should add it will charge, and the light changes to blue. I was also able to upgrade the firmware after it wouldn't start.

SRL-01 won't start and won't reset
I'm waiting on Sena to reply, but my SRL-01 that is brand new won't start when I push the + and - signs. I have also tried the paperclip tip but without being able to turn it on I'm not sure that ...
