This would be very nice. I want to share the GPS in my phone, while still being able to talk. Quite annoying to choose between directions are discussing the directions.

Sounds like a great feature. Would also make sure that you don't accidentally hangs up the call when you are adjusting the volume.

I would also like if the unit could TELL me the battery level on startup. If I'm driving, why should I remove the unit from my head and count the flashes?

I like this idea. I don't have problems with my hearing but it's hard to align the speakers perfectly, which often ends up in a bit louder volume on one ear than another. This would solve that prob...
