I had the no voice prompts problem with my brand new Galaxy S5 and SMH5. Verizon said it probably might be S Voice (which is terrible) and Google Voice conflicting. Since I just got the phone I ret...

I just "upgraded" to a Samsung Galaxy S5 and it doesn't to 10% of what my cheap Nokia Lumia did with my SMH5. Good luck on getting the "wake up" command to work. Very disappointing.
