Yes. You will need two FreeWires if you want your passenger to be able to hear the same music as you from the audio system and communicate through the built-in intercom and CB radio wirelessly.

As stated in the User's Guide and on the 10C product page, the 10C takes 3.5 hours to charge from a completely drained battery to 100%.
