Different model but same issue. I am trying to check my SC10U (Schuberth 10U model) and also cannot get it to connect through the most current version of Device Manager on my Mac.

I was finally able to shove the antenna between the exterior of the helmet and the padding. But boy, that is not intuitive and I can't imagine doing this repeatedly and having the antenna survive. ...

Installed 20S and can't hear anything
I installed my unit and it's able to start and stop just fine, but I can't hear anything. My unit is charged. I have tried headphones, and they don't work either. Nothing is coming out of the speak...
