I had issues on my Mac giving SD card issues; Windows 7 SP1 x64 worked fine.

If you want to do a team viewer session, I'll be happy to help you out. If it's driver, try to remove it from device manager and re-install the Sena app and skip obtaining drivers from Windows update.

I feel like Sena is aware of all the issues and is probably working on a firmware update because it seems like nobody has heard back from them in the last few days.

UPDATE:Looks like Sena support is responding to support tickets now.

Brandon, Have you tried to format the SD card from the 10C unit itself? Also, have you tried a different computer to do this?

Gotcha. You may have a defective unit?Am I the only one that has the issue of it only saving the first picture and nothing after??

Sena responded to me about the issue and said they're working on it. So new firmware for everyone is likely.

Brandon, If you have an activated Windows 7 copy, just get the media creation tool from Microsoft. I upgraded earlier. It's super easy and automated.
