Is there a specific feature you're referring to, or do you have a particular request?
If the issue is related to voice detection, there may be limitations based on how words are spoken. For example, I may have a hard time with voice detection due to my lisp.
although i do want to mention we have a new devices series coming out that will have improved voice detection drivers.unfortunately, that is hardware related and will only be supported by the newer devices.

I use Android and the "Hey Google" commands work well...
If I use commands like volume up or FM Radio on with Hey Sena it works 1 time out of 10...So it's not voice detection...

Alex, I'm about to buy a 3SRL for a SHOEI
I wan to make sure it has the newer voice detection drivers. How can I verify this ??0 -
I have the same problem hey Sena dose not work no my srl3 spent good money thought I was getting a better system how wrong was I have sent the helmet and coms back for a full refund the srl2 which I have fitted in my GT air 2 works great Sena you need to get your act together Shoei you need to put pressure on Sena to sort this out as your sales for the GT Air I am sure will suffer

Same problem ! "OK Google" works, Mesh and phone communication work. Sena voice commands work 1 out of 10 tries..

Same issue. Voice commands do not activte Sena or Google. Sideband also doesn;t react. Phone call works.

Factory re-set helped but didn't fix all. Escalated again.

Sena SRL3 is really a bullshit device. Voice commands dont work at all, all the time saying "intercom found. Try sgain later". To phone call the 3 numbers pre-registrated, you have to take the left hand from the bike. Completely stupid. Please go back to the type of comands of SRL2. Never understand why this companies always change for worst. And as far as I can read, they just dont care about what clients say. Nothing is changed on the hardware upgrades. Bullshit SENA SRL3. Dont spend that kind of money with this
