Sean outrush R
When paired and in intercom mode, intercom quickly starts to fade, the person I was connected to, and riding with could hear me clear as day through my microphone, but after about 10 minutes of riding the speakers in my helmet slowly started to fade, and I couldn’t hear a word they were saying. Very frustrating. Would love some help or an explanation.

Sounds like that's on the hardware side. Unfortunately, with the Outrush R, the speakers can't be replaced without removing the foam liner, and that threatens the integrity of the helmet.
The Outrush R has a two year warranty with it. If you're still within that period, contact Sena tech support and they'll see about getting a replacement out to you. If it's past the two years, contact them anyways. Never know what they can do to help ;)
