Sena 60S EVO 

Just tried to check / update firmware  & the app does not recognise the device 

Brilliant ! 

Latest  sena device manager & no driver issues

Any suggestions ?

  Hi Martin!

  I'm assuming you mean the Sena Device Manager app for PC.  If so, that would be the reason why it isn't being recognized.  It needs to be done through the Sena Motorcycle App.  Sena's newer devices do firmware updates OTA, so no USB cord or Device Manager is needed.  Just pair it with your phone, open the Motorcycle app, and when you have the 60S Evo pulled up, click the three dots in the upper right hand corner.  That will open the menu, and you'll see firmware update under there!

  If you are using the Motorcycle app already, and still getting the same thing, contact technical support.  They'll walk you through the troubleshooting steps and get you fixed up!
